Development Youth Handball
The Des Moines Hinder Club is dedicated to developing young players the game of handball. Our club sponsors a free teaching clinic at the Des Moines Riverfront YMCA at the below times. Handball gloves, eye goggles, and handballs also provided.
We currently are coaching about a dozen youth players from 8 to 16 years of age. All ages up to 19 are welcome at our youth handball teaching clinic. Come join us!
Every Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 4:30 to 6:30 PM.

Development for Adults - over age 19 and looking for a sport to play and keep you in shape? There's always a group playing the perfect game on Wednesday nights starting at 5 p.m. and Saturday mornings starting at 10 a.m.
Come join us at the Riverfront YMCA downtown and someone will help get you started. I'm usually playing at these times so you can always ask for Ned Jorgensen (nedjorg@msn.com). Not a YMCA member? No problem. The Y allows guests of members for a couple visits before signing up for your own membership.
