The Des Moines Hinder Club is dedicated to developing young players the game of handball. Our club sponsors a free teaching clinic at the Des Moines Downtown Riverfront YMCA and the Grubb YMCA.

Handball for Adults - looking for a new sport to play and keep you in shape?
There's always a group playing at the Downtown Riverfront YMCA at following times.
Not a YMCA member? No problem. The Y allows guests of members for a couple visits before signing up for your own membership.
There's always a group playing at the Downtown Riverfront YMCA at following times.
- Monday, Wednesday, & Friday at Noon
- Wednesday nights starting at 5 p.m
- Saturday mornings starting at 10 a.m.
